Corrections, Retractions, and Expressions of Concern Policy
CBTT is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. When errors or issues arise in published articles, the journal follows COPE guidelines for corrections, retractions, and expressions of concern.
-
Corrections: Minor errors that do not affect the overall conclusions of the article will be addressed by a formal correction notice linked to the original article.
-
Retractions: Articles with significant errors, evidence of misconduct, or invalid conclusions will be retracted. Retraction notices will be linked to the original article and clearly state the reasons.
-
Expressions of Concern: If concerns about an article cannot be immediately resolved, CBTT may issue an expression of concern to alert readers until the matter is clarified.
All such notices are permanently linked to the affected article to ensure transparency.
