Appeals Policy

Authors who wish to appeal a manuscript rejection should submit their appeal by email to the editorial office at submissions@cancerbiometherapy.com. Appeals are reviewed after routine editorial duties and may take several weeks before a final decision is reached.

Appeals will be considered only under the following conditions:

• Evidence of a significant error or oversight in the editorial or peer review process that materially affected the rejection decision (e.g., factual inaccuracies, misinterpretation of data, or failure to consider a key point).
• Presentation of substantial new data or analyses that directly address the reviewers’ or editors’ concerns and were not available at the time of the original submission.

All appeal requests must:

• Be submitted in writing with a clear, respectful rationale.
• Include specific details and supporting evidence.
• Clearly identify the aspects of the decision being contested.

Appeals are reviewed by a Senior Editor not involved in the original decision. The outcome, whether reconsideration of the manuscript or upholding the original decision, is final.
